Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Opusflame Limited (“Honeyline,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, mobile apps, and services (together, the “Service”). Honeyline is an AI voice-companion product: you talk with AI characters, listen to and create audio, and can optionally create a voice of your own. Because those features involve conversation content and voice, please read this policy carefully.

By using the Service you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your email address and authentication credentials, and any display name or profile details you add.
  • Conversation content— the messages you send to AI characters, the AI’s replies, and the long-term “memories” the Service derives from your conversations so characters can remember you between sessions.
  • Voice and audio— voice messages you record, and, if you use voice creation, the voice samples you upload or record to design or clone a voice. Voice samples used to clone a voice are biometric information — see “Voice and biometric data” below.
  • Content you create — characters, stories, songs, and other content you generate or publish on the Service.
  • Purchase information — records of credits and subscriptions you buy. Payments on mobile are processed by Apple or Google and, on our side, by RevenueCat; we receive confirmation of a purchase but do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Usage and device data — how you interact with the Service, app version, device type, IP address, and diagnostic and crash data, collected through analytics and error-monitoring tools.

2. How we use your information

  • Operate the Service — run AI voice chat, generate audio and songs, and maintain long-term memory between sessions.
  • Keep the Service safe — detect, prevent, and act on abuse, prohibited content, and violations of our Terms.
  • Process purchases and manage your credits and subscriptions.
  • Improve the Service, debug problems, and understand which features are used.
  • Communicate with you about your account, security, and support requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. AI processing and service providers

To deliver the Service we share the minimum data needed with vendors that process it on our behalf under contract. Your conversation and voice content is sent to AI and infrastructure providers solely to generate responses and run the Service — not to advertise to you. Current categories of providers include:

  • Large-language-model providers (e.g., OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to, and DeepSeek) — to generate character dialogue.
  • Text-to-speech and voice providers (e.g., ElevenLabs, Fish Audio) — to synthesize speech and, where you choose, to design or clone a voice.
  • Cloud infrastructure and storage (e.g., Supabase, Cloudflare R2, and our hosting providers) — to store your account, content, and audio.
  • Long-term memory processing — to extract and store the memories that let characters remember you.
  • Payments and subscriptions (Apple, Google, RevenueCat) — to process purchases.
  • Analytics and error monitoring (e.g., PostHog, Sentry) and advertising measurement (e.g., the TikTok pixel on our website) — to understand usage and measure campaigns.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some analytics and advertising cookies may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state laws; see “Your rights and choices.”

4. Voice and biometric data

If you use voice creation to clone a voice, the sample you provide is used to generate a voiceprint (a biometric identifier). We use it only to produce speech in that voice for you. We ask you to confirm that the voice is your own or one you are legally authorized to use, and we prohibit cloning the voices of public figures or other people without authorization.

Characters built on a cloned voice are private to you and cannot be made public. When you delete such a character or your account, we delete the associated voiceprint, including instructing our voice provider to delete the clone on their side. We retain biometric data only as long as needed for the purpose you provided it, and no longer than permitted by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. When you delete your account we purge your account data, content, and derived memories across our systems, and initiate deletion of associated files and voice clones held by our providers.

6. Your rights and choices

You can access and update your profile in the app, and you can delete your account and its data from within the app at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to opt out of certain analytics or advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU/UK GDPR). To opt out of the “sharing” of your information for cross-context advertising, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control in the app (Profile → Help → Legal); we also honor Global Privacy Control browser signals. For any other request, email dale@opusflame.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.

7. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to use the Service. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We are based in Hong Kong, and we and our service providers may process and store your information in the United States and other countries where we operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
