Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Opusflame Limited (“Honeyline,” “we,” “us”) that governs your use of our websites, mobile apps, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. The Service is not intended for minors. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. The Service and AI-generated content
Honeyline lets you interact with AI characters and audio. AI characters are fictional. Their messages are generated by software, are not the statements of a real person, and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive. Content from the Service is for entertainment only and is not professional advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, or mental-health. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line (in the US, call or text 988); the Service is not a substitute for professional help.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account and its data at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Credits, purchases, and billing
- The Service uses credits and/or subscriptions to access certain features. Prices and credit costs are shown in the app and may change.
- Purchases made in our mobile apps are processed by Apple or Google under their terms; those platforms handle billing, and their refund policies apply.
- Some features (such as time-based voice sessions) are billed by usage — for example, by the elapsed wall-clock time of a session. The app discloses how a feature is billed before you use it.
- Except where required by law or the applicable app store, purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable.
5. User content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the characters, prompts, voices, text, and other content you create, upload, or publish (“User Content”). You retain your rights in your User Content and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content. You may not create, upload, request, or share content that:
- Sexualizes, depicts, or endangers minors in any way, or depicts anyone as a minor in a sexual context;
- Is non-consensual intimate imagery or audio, or sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent;
- Impersonates a real person, or clones or imitates the voice or likeness of a real person (including public figures and celebrities) without their explicit authorization;
- Harasses, threatens, defames, or invades the privacy of others, or promotes hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics;
- Is unlawful, promotes illegal activity, or infringes anyone’s intellectual-property or other rights;
- Facilitates self-harm, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or other serious harm.
We do not tolerate this content or the users who post it. We may filter, remove, or restrict content and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. We are not obligated to monitor User Content but may do so.
6. Reporting and enforcement
You can report objectionable content or abusive users from within the app, and you can block a user so you no longer see their public content. We review reports and act on content that violates these Terms, typically by removing it and, where appropriate, terminating the responsible account. For nonconsensual intimate content, we act on valid reports promptly and within the timeframes required by law. You can also reach us at dale@opusflame.com.
7. Voice creation and cloning
If you design or clone a voice, you represent and warrant that the voice is your own or one you are legally authorized to use, and that you are not cloning the voice of a public figure or any other person without their explicit consent. Cloning a voice creates biometric data; by doing so you consent to its collection and use as described in our Privacy Policy. Characters built on a cloned voice are private to you and cannot be made public. You are responsible for your use of any voice you create.
8. Copyright and DMCA
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and terminate repeat infringers. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the required information to dale@opusflame.com.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Honeyline and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honeyline and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Honeyline harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and Honeyline waive the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by notifying us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
15. Apple App Store
If you use our iOS app, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Honeyline, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo or on a US prohibited-parties list.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
